MHB was appointed by Dundee City Council to provide geo-environmental and geotechnical design support for the Baldovie Deport Regeneration (BDR) for a new waste transfer station in Forties Road in Dundee.
Given the nature of the site in terms of location and history, a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase 2 intrusive investigation and Ground Investigation Report (GIR) was implemented to assist in ensuring that geo-environmental and geotechnical ground conditions were appropriately considered and, where required, mitigated in the regards to the proposed development.
